Herbert is constructed of Scotch Tape, plastic wrap and a few wires for his spurting water. Standing he is about 2 ½ feet tall by about 3 ½ feet long. I definitely struggled a bit putting him together. However, after a few trial and error runs with a little help from some chicken wire constructed limbs, Herbie came to be. He is a playful little guy who loves to spend lazy afternoons splashing about in the sun.
